This product retails in head shops for about 8 bucks and does not live up to it’s name by any means. Just because it says it’s a pipe cleaner, doesn’t mean it’s going to clean the pipe you smoke that sweet cheeba out of. It may work on your car, but definitely NOT on your favorite crusty glass bong.

Most of you savvy stoners already know the best, quickest, and cheapest way to clean your glass bong or pipe is with Rubbing Alcohol and Epsom Salt (or regular table salt). What you might not know, is by not keeping them clean, your letting bacteria and mold flourish (one of the reasons why it smells so bad), which could get into your lungs and lead to sickness. It can also spoil the full flavor of a good product. Sure, vaporizing is the cleanest and healthiest alternative to combustion, but is not the most cost effective solution for everyone. Jack Herer (June 18, 1939 – April 15, 2010) was an American cannabis activist and the author of The Emperor Wears No Clothes, a book which has been used in efforts to decriminalize cannabis.

Marijuana is far less dangerous than alcohol or tobacco. Around 50,000 people die each year from alcohol poisoning. Similarly, more than 400,000 deaths each year are attributed to tobacco smoking. By comparison, marijuana is nontoxic and cannot cause death by overdose. According to the prestigious European medical journal, The Lancet, “The smoking of cannabis, even long-term, is not harmful to health. … It would be reasonable to judge cannabis as less of a threat … than alcohol or tobacco.”
