What ever happened to Hemp?

As you know, the internet is flooded with articles debating Medical Marijuana and legalization. Even a hundred articles still questioning the medical benefits after a billion years of proof.
This just makes me think of commercials for drugs like Cymbalta, Lexapro, and Abilify airing freely on television with tags like “Depression hurts” … no, the list of side effects from taking your drugs hurt. The lies to my face HURT. These jedi~mind tricks can only work for so long, just like their symptomatic pharmaceutical fixer uppers.
And the good news is. All these recorded medical marijuana miracles that keep happening all over the world are undeniable case studies that this stuff just naturally works, and they can’t stand it. And that’s because, they can’t control it. They can’t control truth, and yet they still try by inventing, Marinol. A synthetic THC in sesame oil with additives, lacking several of the therapeutic compounds found in natural Cannabis. Read Marinol vs Natural Cannabis article on Norml.
So, yeah… what ever happened to Hemp?
What you haven’t heard anything about during this #MMOT shit storm, is what’s happening with industrial Marijuana, or Hemp. Hemp contains less than 1 percent THC and to this day is illegal to grow in the United States, unless you have some crazy DEA permit. And as you know, our government and president have a real big issue with the idea of legalizing marijuana as a means to stimulate economic growth.
I disagree. As does Ammiano and other advocates of the bill, insisting how legalizing marijuana would generate revenue that could greatly ease the state’s financial crisis.
“The state of California is in a very, very precipitous economic plight. It’s in the toilet,” says Ammiano. “It looks very, very bleak, with layoffs and foreclosures, and schools closing or trying to operate four days a week. We have one of the highest rates of unemployment we’ve ever had. With any revenue ideas, people say you have to think outside the box, you have to be creative, and I feel that the issue of the decriminalization, regulation and taxation of marijuana fits that bill. It’s not new, the idea has been around, and the political will may in fact be there to make something happen.” -Read TIME Article
And this is just California. Think of the job opportunities cross the country, giving birth to several industries if only cultivation of this plant was legalized. Marijuana is completely harmless and totally sustainable & renewable resource. A simple weed that can grow wild with a little light and water with way more potential than we’ll ever know.
Why not legalize something that can save the people and planet from pain?
Well, then they wouldn’t have anything else to sell us. Don’t you think? Why else would harmful chemicals in our foods be approved for human consumption? Why else are smoking cancer sticks, drinking liver poison, and spraying on Axe deodorant the cool thing to do? We are like lab rats, hooked on their fast-foods, chemicals, and prescribed drugs. Trapped in a maze with a lot of dead ends. Adding to the pile more stress and health problems that we need new FDA approved drugs to fix!
U.S~F.D.A Approved means nothing. It doesn’t even seem like Food and Drugs should be in the same Administration. Especially, after watching documentaries like Food Inc, The Cove, and King Corn. Hearing about Monsanto. Another manipulative system, set out to destroy the lives of our farmers, genetically modifying our foods, and continuing to rape the planet.
Is the war on drugs just a cover for the war on food?

Couldn’t agree more. Medicine is just one miracle this plant provides us with. Think of all the industrial uses! And with a recreational use far safer than alcohol, fast food, and any pharmaceutical drug, why is it still illegal?
